Why ?? Do I list clubs with poor or no dance floor ??? because many of our
              rock n roll friends go there for the Atmosphere, Fellowship or Band.

There are many clubs in the Illawarra providing a large variety of 
entertainment.  The  22  clubs that I list have reasonable to excellent
dance floors but  DO  NOT always play  OUR   TYPE  of  Rock n Roll music. As the clubs are co-operative in advising me of their bookings I list all of them.  It is for you to choose which you go to.  This is only a guide.

Please  Note:  Where I have listed (Upstairs/Downstairs),  these are good dance floors and are used for Rock n Roll dance nights.  Otherwise these clubs and many others that I do not list,  DO  NOT  have a dance floor or a weeny,  itty  bitty one that is not suitable for R & R.  These assessments are mine and based on my experiences.  If you find any other clubs or bands that are good for dancing then please let me know.  If you disagree with my assessments then let me know. 

 REMEMBER,   all  the  above  dance nights  are  N O T  dance   classes,  they  are  organized  social  nights  for  Rock-n-Roll  friends  to  get  together  and  have  fun.  It does not matter  where or when or from whom   you  learn to dance or even if you can't,  you are   most welcome.  Do come along,  don't be a stranger   
And if you  don't know anyone  when you walk in the door,  
you sure will  before the night is over.
